My mother's tax return was filed on July 12 and yet to receive the refund, any one facing similar delays, if so please post here?

For the delay, they are bound to pay interest too. So wait or email the it dept. They will resolve. My refund is also pending.

not in all cases, mine took about a month to get the refund

Usually it takes 3-4 months till final payment credit (Last year case with ITR-2)
. So have patience. Don't go by newspaper article of 2-3 days refund 🙂

Same with me. Have you opted Old Regime. It seems the delay is on Old Regime part.

Employer deducted TDS in Old regime. Now I've opted for new regime.

I filed my ITR on 11th sept evening, got processed messaged on 12th morning 3 am, and refund credited to account at 10 am the same day.
Where ITR filed for mom and wife couple of weeks before that is still in processing, no refund due and ITR is also under 1L, so it is all random i guess

I am facing error in filing itr U for fy 23-24. Raised greievance but no response yet. Any solution as error is changing as yesterday it was showing error for 80tta and today showing pan format error for same file

Still waiting for the processing completion. However my dad IT filed on 15th Sep and they processed it by 20th. Pata nahi kaisa AI rakh rakha hai IT walon ne.
