Tax Refund: Utu or Glabl Blue

Hi need help in choosing the VAT refund option for a Europe trip. Mostly my shopping will be done in Spain, i have shortlisted to Utu or Global Blue as the preferred option for refund. Utu is a bit new, they are advertising 80-85% refund but not got many reviews online about their authenticity. Global Blue has good review but for sure they only give back 50-55% refund and charge extra for currency conversion etc.

Which card should be used for accepting vat refund? I used idfc mayura. It has zero forex and dcc. But idfc bank inward remittance rate is not good. Any other bank dc or cc which can be used which has zero forex and dcc and conversion rate is also good?
