Technical Error in HDFC Credit Card

Hello all, i am unable to use hdfc money back plus master credit card online, its giving error technical errors at the bank end,
But in paytm i added 50 rs it worked that time.

Any solution for this please?

If it is new card then you need to enable online transaction first to use it.

Do check the online limits. As you have used in paytm the online transactions must be enabled so check the limit.

Yes new card, but i spent 3500 on dmart it worked

You mean the transaction is failing even before OTP is received? Then only bank can help you on this.

Right, the above error comes, but 50 rs added in paytm that transaction was successful,

I did, they were of no help. Customer care was clueless upon why its happening 🙁 I’ve mailed on escalation too, but don’t have high hopes of getting it resolved there too
