You contacted IDFC it is blocking from IDFC side or issue from ZAVO side

Yup. Phonepay + IDFC visa
0.3% for less than 2k
0.6% for amount Greater than 2k

For now its the only option and better than savesage(1.18%)

1% for 1 lakh is 1000 🙂. Also, I'm using the Airtel UPI bug, which allows CC bill to pay using CC. Got 1% without any charges
