I haven't received any approval/declined sms's , Axis Twitter Help has raised a ticket for me on 16th Feb, will see .

First attempt:

26 days (10 Sept 2022 - 6 Oct 2022), followed by rejection.

Second attempt:

3 days (5 Feb 2023 - 8 Feb 2023), followed by approval.

For my Axis ace card applied on Jan 30, 23 they took 15 calendar days to send the approval message. But the card was in my hands within 48 hours after that. The tracker never worked for my application number.

Write an email to axis bank, if they dont respond or respond something vague reach out to PNO.

I had different story with Axis while applying for My Zone. Application was done with VKYC then i was continuously receiving sms to complete VKYC which i had already done. Next day called up customer care they confirmed the glitch and mentioned that sms will stop. I was still receiving sms's and prior the date i reached customer care again and they said my application was rejected without mentioning any reason. Didnt argue further and left it there after 2 days i receive email that card was approved. Bingo! in next 2 days the card was in my hand.

Axis is unpredictable. God knows what information their support have with them.
