As a SBIcard holder, you can ask them to send OTPs to your local mobile number as well as to one international number - during the period of your stay abroad. It is free. Local mobile can also be the same international number if you had roaming n international roaming enabled on your phone.
During our recent trip to USA, our Airtel worked perfectly - all SMSs, Calls... Worked flawlessly. AxisAirtel, ICICI-Apay, SBI-CB worked flawlessly.

But I am not traveling and I don't have any international number! This was the first transaction on a newly issued card.
