Tide prepaid card help

Hey all
I got the tide card and loaded it.
Took the rewards pass and to be able to do bank transfers but unfortunately there's a mismatch in my name on tide and my name on the bank account.
Looking to get the money out of tide now, any recommendations?
I can use the card over a period of time and finish the balance but I'm looking to move the money to a bank account or different wallet for ease of use. Mobikwik is expensive - 2.95%.

Any recommendations on how to proceed?

I'm also facing this issue, name mismatch. Was the Tide customer support team able to resolve your issue? Were they able to add your own bank account?

Nope. They basically in their corporate jargon said - we can't do shit, talk to your bank or spend on the card directly.
Agents are absolutely condescending. Don't wanna deal with them.
