TIMES BLACK (Query) - Rent Payment & Ishop points

Hope you all are doing well!!
I am new to this forum and need some help from you.

I recently took the TIMES BLACK Card, and have two questions regarding the same.

1. Rent Payment - In the Times Black website it says

• For rent payments via third-party merchants, a 1% fee is charged from the second rental transaction each month.

But when I paid rent from NoBrokers on 21st March 2025, I see that I was charged the 1% fee. When I called the customer care they are saying , nowhere in the ICICI website is it mentioned that they will charge convenience fee from the 2nd rental payment of the month.

2. Ishop - I bought 12000 worth Amazon Pay vouchers, but in the times black app where I can track the points - it shows only (2% of 12000) is credited instead of (6x of 12% of 12000).

did any of you face similar problems?

Write a mail to PNO with attaching screenshot from TB website and still if they deny, go to RBIO

Can u share the screenshot bcoz I couldn't find anything as such

Irrespective of the card variant they charge 1% fee

So, if u could share that SS here it will be helpful to others

Did you find a resolution for this? Especially on the rent part?

I added ~10k to my Amazon wallet with this card, and was expecting 2% reward points, but got zero and they're now claiming the transaction is classified as rent. Amazon confirmed that the mcc was 6540 but bank won't even tell me the mcc reflecting on their end. Now I'm worried I'll get charged 1% rent fees as well.
