Opened account online and card delivered in 7 days

But make sure you have ATM near you to activate DEBIT CARD physically
( as you can’t activate it through IVR,net banking,SMS or app)

Make sure you have atm near your location

I don't have a TMB ATM near me its nearly 50KM Away
Without generating the PIN it will not work for Online and getting rupay Select Offers?

I don’t think so
You need to activate debit card and set pin right ?
Without atm I don’t recommend this
Better go for CANARA BANK or Utkarsh BANK
