Shouldn’t white reserve be above infinite
As the former offers unlimited domestics and international lounge access through DF to primary and addon and for infinite it’s capped ?
Plus white reserve comes in metal form factor and infinite in PVC ?

Indulge and crest should take 2nd spot
Legacy is a mediocre card offering nothing substantial
If airport lounge is considered then Indulge should be above Crest too , but yeah crest gets MC world elite which makes it at Same level as that of Indulge .

It is not based on their usability or appearance.
It is based on Kotak banking and their hierarchy.

Kotak Private - Kotak infinite card
Kotak Black - Kotak White reserve card
Kotak Platinum - Kotak white card

As the op has mentioned the Premiumness, this is the correct order which is mentioned in Kotak site.

Not sure how a PVC card can be more premium than a metal card that too which provides same floor limit and additional lounge benefits that too for addon card members

Not sure about bank account variant , but if we compare card White Reserve is certainly above Infinite .
