Kotak CC Application Resumes from 15th April.

I applied for Kotak card on 2nd April 2025. Application no is allotted. CIBIL was checked.
5th April 2025 8am: rejection mail due to internal evaluation of income/cibil is communicated. However, I have much higher income than required income and good CIBIL.
Same day, I complaint to them asking for exact reason.
Just now received call from Kotak team, their new card offering is not yet live... I told, I did through website only and CIBIL was checked and all..She in shock, will talk to team then say the same.
Now received the written response to complaint : "We are happy to announce that we will soon resume onboarding new customers through our online channels and begin Issuing new credit cards."
Don't know why they did CIBIL check!

Sadly, I too applied yesterday and the application no. is generated. I think my application will also go through the same fate.
