I currently have $142 payable on TopCashback. I’m planning to buy McAfee Antivirus Advanced, which costs $89.99 and is eligible for 101% cashback.
To maximize value, I was thinking of cashing out my TopCashback balance in two parts:
$90 as a Visa Prepaid Card (to get the extra 5% bonus), and
The remaining amount via PayPal.

My intention is to use the Visa Prepaid Card for the McAfee purchase because it would save me forex and PayPal conversion fees on the $90.

Before I proceed, I have a few questions:

1. Will McAfee accept a Visa Prepaid Card for payment?
   Their checkout page only lists “credit card” as an option, so I’m unsure whether prepaid cards are allowed.
2. Is splitting my TopCashback withdrawal this way a good idea overall?
   My aim is simply to reduce fees and earn the extra 5% bonus from the prepaid option.

i didn't notice this earlier, either I have to cash out it fully in prepaid card or fully in paypal

I have used Payoneer multiple times in past, they didn't charged me anything... But I'm not sure if they have changed their conditions recently.... BTW, if you are looking to spend the money, VISA prepaid card can be a good option, as you'll bonus.

I used to make business transactions, so yea more than 500$ most of the time, but I'm pretty sure sometime I did transferred less than 500$

So it's 4.4% Paypal commission + another 3-4% lost in conversion charges from USD to INR.

I successfully used my american card to shop at amazon India. Purchasing gift card did not work for me but usual shopping worked on both amazon and flipkart.

I don't think paypal cares if its merchant payout or cashback.
