Generally the cash withdrawal limit is 30% of credit limit... So it's basically 3 yrs of your salary at your disposal... Still not a bad bet

What's wrong with Portugal? It's one of the best countries in the world. However you need at least 4 to 5 crores of legally obtained money and it doesn't grant you citizenship. Only a 10 year residency permit and after that you can apply for citizenship if you have lived there.
