Traces Refund Issue (Mismatch between Pan and Aadhar)

I have to get refund as I paid extra TDS.

When I apply for refund it say Mismatch between Pan and Aadhar

In pan name is "Jitendar Rajat"
In adhar name is "J Rajat"

Can't update Pan as it doesn't allow initial.
If i change adhar then i need to change name in mutual funds, saving account, EPF.
WHAT is the solution here?

Update adhaar and then update everything else on the basis of adhaar.
