Hi does anyone know how to track HDFC add-on card application?
I delivered the forms to a local branch representative on 27th June.. she took one week to only submit it to some local boss of hers.. now it's total 2 weeks and I am not sure if the application is received in Chennai or it's still lying in my city.. the local rep now tells me that she is new in her job and hence she doesnt know next steps or tracking steps.. She just says you will receive a call from Chennai when they process your card...
On a side note will customer care be able to tell if the application is received in their system for me?
