Transaction not permitted to UPI by PSP

I have linked my Moneyback Plus credit card on BHIM APP. When I'm trying to pay using it, i'm always the the error "Transaction not permitted by to UPI by PSP". How can i resolve the issue ?
Also when i tried to pay another credit card bill on Mobiwiki through Bhim using Moneyback Plus Credit card, I got error "Transaction is not permitted from this account".

It's normal. You are not allowed to pay credit card bills via credit card UPI and also not allowed to transfer to any individual via CC UPI. Try to transact at any merchant. It will work there.

You can pay CC bills using UPI (Try Amazon), but can't transfer to another individual

First set your credit card link UPI PIN.

Open Amazon >> credit card bill pay >> payment page option choose other UPI >> manually enter your BHIM UPI ID >> send UPI payment request

open bhim app >> approve >> choose your credit card >> confirm.

Go back to Amazon page to complete your transaction.

You will also get Moneyback+ 10x reward points on Amazon spend via Moneyback+ Credit card link UPI.

Note - first time UPI register on any UPI app 5k for next 24-48hrs and daily 1 lakh UPI limit (2 lakhs per day limit for selected merchants categories).
