Transaction on BOB Rupay Card getting declined

Tried using my BOB Rupay JCB card for offline spends but to my surprise the transactions were getting declined while my other cards on Visa network are working fine. Few days back, it was perfectly working. What can be the possible issue?

I tried 4-5 transaction on Amazon today & now my eterna transactions are getting declined. Customer care said they thought some high transaction on Amazon might be fraud, so they have blocked it.

And suggested me to try next day with small amount on other merchant.

BOB is unbelievable. If issue persist, i will block card & request new replacement.

Don't block and replace as new card won't give you correct cashback they have some problem in their system. This blocking thing will end after three months

The problem is from yesterday morning, not a single transaction of even 50 rs us getting successful. They have asked me to try today. But I will wait 1 day extra & try tomorrow.
Blocking for wallet is understandable but for purchasing items on Amazon is unbelievable 😂.

Will update here.

Update :- Tried recharge of 19 rs as trial & it was successful. Will try bigger amount next month.

My Bob snapdeal and Bob HPCL both are getting declined for payzapp wallet load. Bob eterna works fine.

Customer care also said that wallet load is disabled.

Any idea if Bob snapdeal will give 2.5% on utility mcc spends? I know Bob HPCL give 1.6% and Eterna gives just 0.375%. But what about snapdeal card?

My Etera is giving 3.75% from last 2 months and it's a new card only 🤣🤣🤣

What's the exact issue ? card otp page is not open ?

Delete your saved card and try after 20mins (I think tokenization problem).

Make sure your card is working on other website.

Tried to use my new Eterna visa card today but transactions are getting declined on Amazon website (not just wallet load). Tried resetting card limits and PIN through the app and on CC number. Still no success.

Upon calling their toll-free number (BoB card CC number is tricky to connect to a person), the CC agent told me he can only see the recent transaction getting declined and it was due to a technical glitch. Asked me to try again after sometime, and still no luck.

Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

I saw someone mentioning about writing to their IT team, but how to do that? Any specific email id they have for that?
