Need some help, I was trying to load my Demat account (Groww) with UPI from my Linked bank account the transaction failed, however amount was deducted from bank.

Whom do I contact in this case?
1 HDFC Bank
2 Groww
3 Razorpay - Payment Gateway

In case the amount isn't automatically refunded what's the best course of action. It's a substantial amount, need some guidance here.

Any failed upi txn have 48 hrs settlement time
If not getting credit after 48hrs in either hdfc or groww u can call Bhim cust care 1800 120 1740
