Transition citibank nri to axis bank

I am trying to setup inward remittance on the axis bank portal but unable to upload the required document (passport page) despite using jpg format and under the size threshold - using chrome or firefox - same results - any help greatly appreciated

Not sure about the procedure.
But just a suggestion, Change the Bank 🙃
