For those booking reward flights on Air India, have a look at United Airlines. It has cheaper redemptions than Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer. I don't know if there is any caveats. Can someone share his experience?

I want to know if there is a catch? I have to book an international ticket in Air India and in United Airline Mileage program, it's costing around 33k points + 60$. But if I see actual cost of ticket it's more than Rs. 40k.

I checked Singapore KrisFlyer. It was lesser compared to United Airline Mileage (10% less). On Turkish Miles&Smiles it doesn't show any reward flight(I tried multiple dates)

I don't know of the caveat my friend but right now when I am trying to book a flight using United miles. They are not accepting my Indian credit card for payments.

Yes, That could be one of the options which are available out there. But can someone help me with an American Credit card? Did someone try with their Indian Credit card and had been successful in doing a booking on Untied Airlines?
