Trick revealed: Earn full 10k ER per month from Grabdeals at zero spends!

I am not saying always.

I just used it as an example to make people understand.

Also, Swiggy trick is slowly getting patched as reported by others. I can confirm it by next month.
I have received refund for irctc booking many times. It was not IMPS, but I have not seen reversal of RP yet! Trying to figure out if they reverse it somewhere in the statement or not.

This is for tatkal booking via HDFC gateway as well as phonepe gateway.

I once tried returning merchandise that I had ordered online to a big 2-storey M&S store in Mumbai. They refused to provide a refund and only insisted on giving a credit note. Even spoke to the manager. They said if you want the back-to-source refund, you can initiate a return using the website.

Ironically, their T&C on the website says:

"Select your preferred return method. Returning directly to one of our clothing and homeware stores is the fastest way to get your refund"

Your experience proves that this trick is something that may not work practically.

Now the only solution I am able to think of, is talking to the person who posted about this on Twitter.
Because there he has clearly claimed
" One can get 10k grabdeals every month at 0 inr".

This got me thinking of the untapped opportunity and further discussions.

Yes that's what I am trying to say.

Axis has this loophole.
You saw Swiggy trick of IMPS refund.
On similar mechanism if M&S issues IMPS refund if refund is processed by physical store then it's entirely possible.
Website refund is always automatic and direct card refund.

Even if refund is direct to card without involving IMPS then too I am sure we can get ER.
Because Axis gets the report from M&S online portal if order is delivered or not.
If M&S site does not show refund as we availed it from offline store, then we are getting the points for sure.

This sounds too complicated but, I have dug deeper in this, as once it happened that I did not receive M&S points and had mailed them with invoice details, that was the time I understood how grabdeals works in real.
Okay.

But forget that M&S will issue IMPS refund they clearly said to me that "The refund that we will issue will go back to source and will take 20 working days. If you need fast refund then you may return it online only that way it is faster."

So going by that this trick will only work in a case where we return at offline store >> offline store issues refund to source card >> But in our online M&S account the status is still not updated by M&S as Returned.

Completely agreed with this updated scenario!

this as per my understanding of how affiliate world works is exactly whats happening, M&S is still reporting the sale as valid. But this can very well be fixed by the time grab deals posts the points (130 days or so I guess) 🙁
Nevertheless definitely worth giving a try

i think one can try. The worst is the waste of time in the process if points are not credited/revoked. Also, maybe one should not claim refund for whole order. Atleast keep 20% items and return 80% saying wife dint like my choice 😎

20x for m&s. 10x + 5% off on giftedge for jockey. which deal is better? In terms of cloth quality, value for money etc.

Can you please specify which merchant you're referring to?

If it's M&S then did you get grabdeals points also or only normal ER?
Even I have cancelled few orders but received ER points. Merchant is Flipkart. But I am sure it will be reversed at one point of time and I don't intend to close my axis cards. And even for traveledge my points were not reversed when I cancelled a hotel booking. I didn't do any of the above for tricks/hacks, it was genuine spends which had to be cancelled.

Just curious since never used M&S. Don't these have a upper limit of points that can be earned in a month? Asking because want to understand what can be the potential benefit in terms of maximum points that can be accrued for spends in a month under this method, assuming a clean refund from the store and points not getting cancelled later?

Curious about the traveledge booking! U mean that the 4x ER was not reversed?
