i used ios app

I have iphone 13. Physical sim airtel and esim jio. If I use esim flexiroam then jio esim will be deleted. If I come from my trip, what can I activate my jio esim?

Correct, you may not receive SMS on the flexiroam e sim.
so you have to set up your Uber app with your Indian sim card and it will work on your hotel Wi-Fi.
SMS will come to your Indian SIM card in almost all major countries
