They must have linked both your Paytm accounts as belonging to one person, that's why they restricted both due to abuse of policy

Not sure, but I can share screenshots even from today, where I am constantly in touch with them to get the issue resolved, but they give generic answers and the loop continues. 🙁 One mistake back then is haunting me to this date!

They won't resolve for abuse cases, normal CC won't even have such powers

No limit but now Amazon wallet UPI set some limits on monthly Wallet UPI transfer.

I think monthly 10k for bank UPI transfer and 20k for Merchant UPI transaction.
