Trick to get Rubyx or upgrade to Emerald PVC LTF , holding shappiro visa LTF

Need help/trick, I currently have the Shappiro Visa Credit Card (LTF) and I'm looking to upgrade to Emerald PVC (LTF) version or rubyx LTF, In immobile app they are showing emerald pvc visa and amex {both paid} hpcl FYF

Has anyone here successfully done this?

Sapphiro is above Rubyx, why would you want that? Also your title is somewhat misleading, it feels like you're telling the trick, not asking for it..
