Phillips only. I've used both Phillips and now Mi. Mi is good too (water resistance helps). But Phillips felt better on skin - less vibrations.

Phillips lasted me 7-8 years, and I stopped using it cause I bought a new one.

Don't remember now. Standard 3 piece extension wala. Costed 1300 retail back then, but it was a mid tier one.
