Reciprocal tariffs are not going to make such big impact on increasing US manufacturing. You can read a very nicely written article which gives a broader idea.

Every country has import and export tariff. Trump is increasing both. Higher Export tariffs helps in gain when you have higher exports which America has, higher import tariffs restrict imports and push local things in local markets.
Ex: India exports medicines to US and when US increases the imprt tariffs Indian medicos will have to increase medicine/medical equip. prices and it will sell less in America hitting us. Same way we impose tariffs on their products to balance the equation.
When things we are importing from US have higher export tariffs there they won't come cheap to us. So this is how a war is fought by implementing tariffs or one another.
Last year to stop onion export from India and increase local consumption and keep prices in check, India imposed higher export tariffs on onions which made farmers stop their export and they sold to local market and this decision increased prices of onion in countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, Afg etc who rely on importing from us. This is one simple example. Rest world trades in numerous things.

Just after few days china exports the goods to other countries and those countries will have relationship with USA thus indirectly profiting 🤣🤣

I don't think that's a viable solution. It may be a temporary solution and also it would be very risky for the country which will bypass those tarrif and export chinese products to USA. Trump's administration is adamant on punishing china for their higher tarrif and those countries which will help China to bypass those tarrif, will be caught in the crossfire.
My take on recent developments on US tariff of 90 days pause excluding China. And the tweet by Mr. Trump on 9th April 2025.

Ethically speaking (not the popular opinion though) China took the right stand here. Future won't be kind to those who buldoz others. Also not those who did not took right stand.
I am more worried about the thing that America thinks. They believe they own the world and they can bring the world on their toes. The reactions from rest of the world embolden their thoughts that they are superior than everyone else.
Anyways, I am not on market hence, able to speak my sense.

Some of my thoughts. China is dumping a lot of (more than what anyone can imagine) shit items in all countries.
They are just on a manufacturing spree and dumping dumping and dumping.
US don't want that to continue forever. China is making a lot of money by exporting things to US and other countries.
Now that US has asked for more tax from China if they want to send things to US, China will do 2 things -
Stop sending to US, instead dump on all other smaller countries.
China will also retaliate, ask US to pay more tax to send US things to China.
Here winner will be China because their manufacturing power is much more than US.
US has money, but cheap manufacturing is with other countries.
Another thing that can happen is Chinese items will be smuggled into US. Smuggling will increase.
Third thing is China will dump their shit products in other countries including India. That is not good for us.
Now other countries know that Trump is a fool and they can talk to US and bring down the taxes.
So they kept quiet and played it safe. But since it is a direct attack on China, they retaliated.
