Tuition Fee payment to Bank account

I need to pay my tuition fee using hdfc tata neu plus CC.
I tried with some apps but there is no option to pay to bank account and if I use rent payment it asks for PAN

Is there any alternative way that I can pay directly to that account.
Usually, they give razor pay link but this time its Bank account. Please help
