Turkish Booking for family

Is it possible to book Turkish airlines for 2 people (Me & mom) using miles on the same flight? Also, how to do it, because the online portal isn't allowing to

If you have never booked any redemption ticket for yourself from Turkish Account, then you cant book for family members online.

You need to call Turkish Customer Support and book.

I booked once (Star Alliance booking) for myself from Turkish.

When I'm changing ticket from 1 to 2, it says I cannot book tickets online.

Star Alliance booking doesnt count. Needs to be Turkish's own metal.

go to your account and verify email, this fixed the issue for me.

if not then you can either call them or email.

make sure u pax details on portal profile as they are pretty bad in english.

lastly speak slowly....we indians are too fluent for them

you can try booking from Mobile App, it allows you to book multiple tickets.

During call how we have to make the payment?

They ll redirect u to ivr...u punch in card details and u r done.

Alternatively u can email them ur details they ll send u a link on mail for you to pay

do we need to verify the card details used for paying taxes at turkish centre before taking flight ?
