If I will be booking tickets using my turkish miles for anyone ,cust care is asking that the credit card used while booking has to be authorised in the turkish airline office or airport before the pax take the said flight (please guide me on this).

No need to authorise at office.

Mostly will be checked at check in counter of the respective airline.
