It same all over the banking groups they are good at debiting but not crediting or refund they will then say 7 15 working days for refund to be posted. It is miracle sometimes it is done in jiffy.

In my friends case he made two transactions on 27 may worth 40 k to hit milestone axis show transaction made on 6 June as settlement lol he will not receive milestone
