Just verified the status in the app and it's cancelled. How unfair and it will be one of the worst apps cancelling it after confirming the order. Hope at least the refund gets processed without follow ups.

Wait for 2-3 days. Most probably you won't need to escalate if they show the status of refund and acknowledge failed order.
Wait for 5 working days if not received credit u can raise a chargeback dispute
Within 60 days from txn anytime we can do that
