Unable to apply Bob card through their website

Hi,
I'm trying to apply bob credit card through their website:

BOBFinancial

cardonline.bobfinancial.com

But after giving all details in first page, its not proceeding further ie., nothing is happening when i clicked 'Generate OTP'. Then i checked in Console tab and saw this stupid javascript error:


But there is no "city" field at all in UI. How to proceed ? Anyone faced this?

Investigated further.. realized that they are making REST call for getting state and city after giving pincode, which is failing. Not sure if we can inform to their support email id? or am i the only one facing this issue?

Use a different browser or atleast different device. It may work.
