Unable to apply hdfc tata neu Infinity Credit card

Hi

I am holding Regalia gold (uggraded from regalia first to regalia gold in march/april). I also hold Hdfc Marriott Credit Card (got in April/may) but whenever i try to Apply tata neu Card or any other hdfc credit card
i am getting below error -anyone knows why ?

I tried from different number , kyc also done but they rejected it later -

Any of your application intiated post may throug co braded apps or by any agent.? Generally for 6 months from that application date you will get this error. After 6 months only you can reapply.


Drop mail to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com ask them for last application date and also reqqest them to cancel the same and clear your pan so that gou can re applu. Griveance team does help clearing pan depending on yout application historyy

Most of us (including myself ) are getting this error lately even though we didnt apply for any card in the recent past.
the reason : unknown , as of now

But does HDFC deny the application like they do when you use a different number?

No. I did this for a family member and approved instantly. Had the same problem as you originally.

Approval was instant. Card is shipped and trackable. Probably will be delivered by tomorrow.

What other CC ur holding. As per customer care email infinia holders cannot apply.
