Unable to apply hdfc tata neu Infinity Credit card

Hi

I am holding Regalia gold (uggraded from regalia first to regalia gold in march/april). I also hold Hdfc Marriott Credit Card (got in April/may) but whenever i try to Apply tata neu Card or any other hdfc credit card
i am getting below error -anyone knows why ?

I tried from different number , kyc also done but they rejected it later -

We regret to inform you that currently we are not issuing the dual or second card or Swiggy and TATA Neu Credit card as floater to customers as per internal norms. Hence you are unable to apply fresh application. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accede your request

The reason is if you hold an existing HDFC card of any variant, this card won’t be approved. It’s also mentioned on the fees and charges section on HDFC website for this card. Also checked this with HDFC credit card team and they had similar thing to say. However, when I tried with my wife pan who does not hold an Zhdfc Card, it went till kyc and all and then said we have no offers for you currently.

I also faced same problem when I tried to apply for dinner club privilege. I already have hdfc swiggy 6 months old. Finally i applied Tata neo plus via tata neo app and the application got approved.

I don't know how to get core card. Please someone help me. Then I can apply it after 6 months.

Freedom Card is available on Paytm. Maybe that gets approved.
I have HDFC IOCL and Swiggy. I'm also trying to get Millenia. Not luck yet

Same error, that I applied recently. Although didn't apply anything in more than 5 years.

Through CRED app also you can apply

Try to apply again in the tata neu app itself with your registered mobile no. Of hdfc bank . Your card will get instantly approved with sharing limit of your existing hdfc credit card.

Apply through Tata Neu app directly. Month end generally card will get aproved.
