Unable to apply new Axis Card from App

Hi , Whenever i am opening app , And clicking on Apply Now for credit card . I am getting the below screen

Please note : I only have 2 Axis bank Credit Cards , that also i applied from the web. (without logged in)...Any solution?

I have savings account with axis and 2 credit cards, I'm also getting the same error while applying for a new 3rd credit card in the app.

September 30 it was approved after 15 days of process I got the message. It LTF Neo CC
