Infinia Unable to buy any gyftr voucher

Hi all,

Just today morning I was able to buy 2 big basket voucher and 1 amazon shopping voucher with 1750 but evening I tried to buy 2k myntra voucher and added it to cart and clicked buy now.. Entered Infinia details and clicked on continue and I got below page :



I tried to buy bigbasket, amazon pay and other cards but I was getting same error after entering card details.so i waited for some time but then when I tried again to buy this time after adding card to cart if I am clicking buy now I am directly getting this type of page without even entering Infinia card details.

Is anyone else facing this problem?

P. S. I read other thread and they mentioned to enter card details manually and I am also entering all 16 digits of card manually.

I raised a ticket with gyftr and it was resolved by them
