Unable to Buy Honda Activa in Another State

I want to buy honda activa from Delhi as I currently reside there and I am from up and my adhar adress is also from up.
They are asking me the documents like adhar card or voter id or government bank passbook which have the adress of Delhi.
But I have none of them and I am unable to buy the activa.
If anybody can help me

Yes you can change whenever you want and there is no cooling period as far as I know. But you will need some valid address proof for the change.

They are asking govt bank account which is 6 months old.
I do have sbi account which is more than 1 year old but it has also adress similar to my adhar

Take BH number plate bike or scooty from your native and courier it to Delhi via train or any transport services.

Else leave PG, take a flat on rent and have registered agreement, it will work as address proof.

That will not need because delhi is hardly 180 km from my place that much distance i can travel myself .
I am getting 5k cheaper in Delhi compare to up

My friend got destiny scooty in Telangana by just submitting electricity bill of the room where he stays on rent as address proof he is native from U.P. He have all proofs of up. But he booked destiny from flipkart.

I think there will be no issue buying online but honda doesn't sell online

So, there is no way to buy a new one. You can either buy second hand or take the advantage of corruption.

For BH number plate I think only once need to be done.

How does transportation works via train? Just curious, have you done it?
Any checklist? Also around what will be the cost?
