Unable to check credit score via Imobile app

Hi. I am trying to view credit score via Imobile app but have been getting an error since a few days. It's a WM account so it's free, right? But it just fails to load and gives this error

For context, I am trying to check it for my mom.

Correct, it is not showing for almost 2 months now .. I now suspect there is something happening .. more towards bad news ..
