Hi all,
As title says I am unable to clear outstanding on my sbi simplyclick credit card, I am unsure if just like hdfc, sbi also do not allows to clear outstanding from sbi unipay/airtel thanks etc. I do had rekyc renewal pending but I always able to clear dues after bill generation with sbi unipay but for outstanding I am getting "unable to process" error. To be sure I have tried doing from cred with 10rs with UPI which went successful but after few hours it got reversed. I thought it maybe happening as re-kyc was pending so I submitted docs few days back & today only it become successful kyc but stilll I am facing same problem, I am having 3L limit & I recently did 1.02L insurance transaction which I wanted to clear with sbi unipay/airtel thanks to pay with my platinum dc.
Does anyone encountered such issues? What could be issue? It looks like it is just me if yes can anyone suggest with any email to report & resolve this issue. I started feeling it is started after 1.02L transaction I did. How to confirm if my cc is blocked? I am able to access SBI card very well. SBI level 1 executives are dumb so do not wanted to waste time.
