Unable to clear outstanding from any platform for my sbi simplyclick cc

Hi all,

As title says I am unable to clear outstanding on my sbi simplyclick credit card, I am unsure if just like hdfc, sbi also do not allows to clear outstanding from sbi unipay/airtel thanks etc. I do had rekyc renewal pending but I always able to clear dues after bill generation with sbi unipay but for outstanding I am getting "unable to process" error. To be sure I have tried doing from cred with 10rs with UPI which went successful but after few hours it got reversed. I thought it maybe happening as re-kyc was pending so I submitted docs few days back & today only it become successful kyc but stilll I am facing same problem, I am having 3L limit & I recently did 1.02L insurance transaction which I wanted to clear with sbi unipay/airtel thanks to pay with my platinum dc.

Does anyone encountered such issues? What could be issue? It looks like it is just me if yes can anyone suggest with any email to report & resolve this issue. I started feeling it is started after 1.02L transaction I did. How to confirm if my cc is blocked? I am able to access SBI card very well. SBI level 1 executives are dumb so do not wanted to waste time.

If it's escalated and any mail is still ongoing then it will be solved. For me it took around month and half.

It will for sure, maybe will take a month but till then bill will be generated 🤣. All efforts gone.

Some people even suggested to block & reissue card, I thought this will be solved easily with just few days over email but now thinking i should have done reissue thing which might have solved the problem ..BTW what exact issue you faced? Did you got same error which I attached in previous message. What reason they given for such issues & who actually helped you in your case?

For me my card bill was not being fetched by any app including sbi unipay.
So mailed regarding that. Took 1.5 month total solve. Till that was using sbi card app directly and UPI method.

Thanks but can you confirm is that same error which I mentioned in previous posts with screenshot? Did they given any reason why it happened? & On mail which level able to help you out?

Unfortunately experience of mine is not same as yours because in my case they are still confused what exactly is issue & instead of solving issue they are referring to use other modes such as sbi card app.

Its not exactly same as yours.
And social media Team only helped me out. I escalated it over mail till pno but it wasn't Useful. They suggested me same as you to use alternate payment methods.

Thanks, Let me chase again with social media team on X ..Even I threatened them with RBI by tagging RBI handle but couldn't go much. Will try again.
