Unable to Complete KYC on PayzApp - PAN Already Registered Issue

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue while trying to complete my KYC on PayzApp. Every time I attempt to register my PAN, I receive an error message stating that my PAN is already registered. I haven't used this PAN on PayzApp before, and I'm unsure why this error occurs.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

Yes same issue...

But mine is genuine as I once registered on payzapp long time ago and did mini KYC as well..

Now I don't have access to that number, so unable to link PAN to this new number..

Cust care said delinking is not possible as of now.. Maybe in future it will be possible..
 
Welcome to the club. For Some reasons HDFC thinks people are born and died using same mobile number. Although HDFC allows to change mobile number for Bank account, UPI account and etc etc. But for PayZapp if you linked your mobile to PAN once it becomes like Hindu Marriage act(Janam Janam ka saath)
Have made several complaints with payzapp even raised with RBI but it never improves.
 
I have a similar issue with Freecharge. It is difficult to remove the linkage with PAN or other IDs if access to a phone number or email is lost. We need to have a law similar to GDPR of EU where personal information can be deleted on request.
