Unable to contact customer care

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to change the billing cycle for my credit card but have been unable to reach Kotak customer service through the email addresses provided on their website. So far, I’ve tried two different email addresses without success.

Could anyone please share the correct email address?

I would greatly appreciate your help.
