Unable to Convert HDFC Bank Savings account to Salary

I am unable to convert my savings account to salary account even after requesting through the app and calling customer care.
Anyone who has done this previously can share there experience...also any suggestions would be helpful

PS: I don't want to open a new account due to some reasons and want to use the same account.

Hi, I have done this prior and from my knowledge, it can only be done at the branch by physical visit and form filling

Is HDFC mobile app not Working for everyone ??
