Unable to generate pnb green pin

Recently i opened a pnb account i received the rupay debit card but whenever i try to generate green pin it says mobile number is not registered. I visithe branch couple of times. Today they asked me to change my registered mobile and i did it , after receiving confirmation that my mobile number is changed i tried again to generate green pin and again i received the same reply that mobile number is not registered
can anyone help me regarding this

Nowadays banks people are meant to be deaf.

Call customer care, that your not getting otps's while using your card and say error " register no. With the bank" They will solve asap.
