Unable to link axis ace credit card on Google pay

Hi! I received axis ace credit card day before yesterday but i am unable to add it to my Google pay account it shows call your bank there's no option for OTP verification while when I add my other axis card there's an option for OTP verification.
I using this card on the same number linked with my Google pay as with my axis bank.
I am receiving OTP for other online transaction on the same number.

Call the customer care number given behind your Ace Credit Card and tell them the issue (call is chargeable)

After 15 days of received CC I complaint on twitter, they asked screen shot, Next day when I go for take screenshot there is appear otp option
