I can't find any option to link Icici Coral Rupay in bhim or GPay . Is it possible to link it in upcoming days or should I consider other bank rupay

Tried doing first transaction, but still not able to link..
I tried immediately after getting card. After a week tried and when it did not work, I tried a 100 rupee transaction on Amazon. After that UPI linked.

It must be a coincidence, because I have made many transactions but still not able to connect.. Got this reply yesterday from Bank (attached)

Today I was able to link my icici coral rupay card to phonepe, GooglePay, bhim and Paytm.

Yes I am facing same issue. Even i have made a payment using airtel thanks app. But still I can't link in any UPI app. I am getting error U09 in gpay. Acknowledgement not recieved in BHIM UPI app, In iMobille app the loader keeps loading when i try to generate UPI id also in phonepe app I am fetting Unable to proceed, your account couldn't be linked due to technical issue.
I have added a Coral Rupay credit card. However, when I attempt to generate a UPI ID for it, an infinite loader appears, and no progress is made. Additionally, when I try to link it with third-party UPI apps, it fails to connect. In Google Pay, I received an error with the code U09, indicating a server didn't respond error. I also attempted to use the BHIM UPI app to link the card, but this too was unsuccessful. I have tried these steps twice and even reached out to customer care, but unfortunately, their assistance has been unhelpful. Please, I need your assistance with this matter.

Issue is RESOLVED...ICICI Bank informed me that all the new rupay credit cards are updated in NPCI database in batches & not by default. Card holder can link Rupay credit card on UPI apps only after 3/4 days once the credit card is updated in NPCI database.
On 4th day, i was able to link the ICICI Bank Coral Rupay Card in all the UPI apps...Also it is not mandatory to create upi id on imobile for using credit card UPI. Unfortunately many members posted this issue but no one shared the solution.

As of Feb 2024, just replying to update the information. This is correct.
You need to wait 3-4 days and then it will be able to add to GPay, Samsung Wallet, etc even though you will receive e-mail saying you can add it AFTER 1 HOUR of CARD GENERATION.
Ignore that email, I don't know why they send out such false email.
After 3-4 days your physical card also arrives and you will be able to link the card as well (even if physical card is not yet delivered).
Even the Customer support is useless, they themselves will say they don't know what is wrong, and will ask you to keep trying or contact with screenshot through email or visit Bank.
So anyone reading this as of Feb 2024, this is still true, just wait 3-4 days.
