I need help here.... I have amex points and when am trying to link the Marriott account to transfer the points, its saying as below.
Your Marriott Bonvoy® account number <Account No> could not be connected. Please contact Marriott Bonvoy® for more details.
In both the accounts the first name and last name are correct, i have verified. Same has happened with my Wife's account as well.
Any idea how to get it resolved.
