Unable to link savings account on Indusmobile due to credit card

I have IndusInd credit card linked to Indusmobile app. Now recently I've opened the Savings account with them.

Firstly, it doesn't allow linking savings account after credit card. We have to ask them to deregister our credit card account from Indusmobile. And then start afresh with linking savings account first and then credit card can be added easily.

When I asked Indus credit card department to deregister my cc account, they said it'll get completed within 4 days. I waited 1 week and asked them again. They kept stretching till 20 days. Then I asked them to connect me with escalation dept, she said I've deregistered your account just now on call.

In reality, Nothing has been done. Its been more than 1 month. I can still login with those credentials to Indusmobile and access my CC account. I'm unable to add savings account to Indusmobile app. Pathetic experience with IndusInd customer care. Other companies atleast don't tell lies. IndusInd is worst of all.

Anyone knows how to get this done?

You won't be able to link savings account to cc straight forward. Create internet banking login details for savings account, link your cc, wait for a day or two, then link your savings acc(via debit card) in mobile app. You will see success message. Then wait for 2-3 days.. it will be reflected in mobile app.
Let me do that.

Tried to create NetBanking, kept saying your debit card is blocked. Don't know why 😀
Called CC, they said to try again after 12 AM as it get unblocked automatically 🤬
Have you activated/set limit on your debit card ?
Not very sure if that is mandatory to link but I activated it before linking. You can find the link in your email from bank or in the debit card letter.
 
All fixed now. Can see Savings Account and Legend CC in my netbanking login.
Mobile login also linked SA but not showing it. Doesn't matter I guess.

Had to call CC for MC DC. Connected to them after waiting for 17mins(17 Rs).
 
My pinnacle card just got approved today, i don't have a SA yet but I'm planning to open one next week. This thread was confusing but this is what I understood:

1. Should login with saving account detials first (question: do I use the mobile app or netbanking)
2. Link credit card to savings account and wait for 2-3 days.

Question: I'm pretty sure my credit card would arrive before I'm able to open a savings account. Is there any way to activate the credit card without creating login details?

You'll get 30 days for cc activation. In that time your exclusive account will be open and running. After that activate and link your pinnacle to saving account login

I also did like this but still unable to link my mobile app user ID. Although Netbanking reflected Credit card details in a day, unable to create new user ID in mobile app for Saving Account and not able to see my saving account details in Credit card user Id.

If I try to link via DC (in app) it shows incorrect details and if I try to link via Net banking (in app) it says already user ID exists which is my Credit card user id w/o saving account details.

Tired of this crap! Reached out to Branch manager previous week and he promised some TAT by this week.

Any better solutions folks? Also I got Master card DC, how can I apply for VISA signature DC (unable to find in Net banking and app option is not available yet)?
 
I am unable to link my Pinnacle card to my account in both the app and the net banking.I wrote a lot of emails to the bank,and they always suggest some steps and they are worth less. Indusind is the worst bank in this aspect,their customer service people are rude and the bank doesn't care about the customers.I gave up trying to link the credit card.
 
Apparently, Indusmobile App is updated...and yesterday I tried linking my Savings Account with my Indusmobile User ID via link relationships...And today my savings account has also started showing in my Indusmobile App

This only works when you have already opened a bank account first and then later received your credit card. It's much easier to link them in this order. On the other hand, if you've done it the other way around, it doesn't work as seamlessly. If you've managed to accomplish it, consider yourself lucky.
I had credit card first (Pinnacle) and then opened account (Exclusive)...linking bank account to the existing credit card login was not working..So I created a new user for the account and then linked the credit card to that...it worked...only the old credit card login will stay unused going forward as I will use the new id only....but that's fine..

You need to wait for few days now.. Indusind takes time due to its slow process and old tech. If it shows linked in internet banking, you can be sure that it is 0amb now.
