Unable to pay Axis Bank Credit Cards Bill on HDFC NetBanking Bill Payment

When I try to pay bill for any of my Axis Bank cards, I see following error in HDFC Netbanking Bill payment:

Yes i face same issue with axis bills on HDFC billpay.. switched to SBI unipay.. worked well so far

Are you getting 1% cashback on the bill payment using HDFC platinum debit card?

SBI Unipay is only letting pay the billed amount, not the total due amount. It wasn't like this earlier. Any way to pay the total outstanding amount?

You mean total due amt in the statement or current total outstanding? BBPS does not support paying more than the total due amt in generated statement anyway.

That is how BBPS system works. If you want to pay current total outstanding then try paying directly via cred or credit card issuing bank's own portal.

Oh I think they have stopped it now. Paid my SBI credit card bill on HDFC app bill payments and didn't get the 1% cashback on easyshop platinum debit card.
