Unable to pay electricity bill in Amazon using Bob card

Is there any issue going on with Amazon? I am trying to pay electricity bill from last week using Bob easy card but it always redirects me to Amazon pay page instead of bank otp page after inserting CVV. Called customer care they asked me to try after 48 hours, tried but not resolved. My friend is also facing same problem with Bob Rupay card. Anyone else facing?

Every month there is a. New issue with bob.... Plus the earlier ones never getting resolved

Don't know it's Amazon issue or Bob but it's frustrating 😑

I don't know if I should count myself lucky, but I haven't faced any issues in the last 6 months while paying via my Premier Rupay card through Amazon Pay.

Lucky me... not applied BOB under LTF offer... public bank are doomed in our country with one or more issues...
